Demand Management Plan

We prefer to be as close to our customers' actual demand as possible. We'll work collaboratively to develop the best approach that provides supply chain flexibility, controls inventory and material liability and fits with our customer’s demand profile.

Hardware Integration

Systems are assembled, integrated and configured to detailed, consistent work instructions. The work instructions are created during the NPI (New Product Introduction) process collaboratively with our customer. They are then revision controlled so that changes are communicated and approved prior to being implemented.

  • Installation of customer specified and/or provided devices/material.
  • Installation and configuration of customer specific software and images.
  • Detailed and recorded test and acceptance process.
  • Completion and recording of device history records (DHR) and certificates of conformity (COC).
  • Labeling, packaging, branding and inclusion of customer documentation.
  • Distribution to customer’s point of final integration or directly to end users.
