We provide repair/remanufacturing services in and out of warranty for the products we provide. This involves the same level of detail and controls as the original manufacturing process so that the product can be redeployed to the field directly.
We evaluate each returned system to determine the root cause and verify the failing component or condition independent of the system.
Field failure data is reviewed by product/component and customer to look for early indicators of trends, design issues or other failure modes that may spread to other systems.
