EmbedTek Nominated for Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year

February 13, 2018

Waukesha, WI. – EmbedTek is honored to be nominated for the Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Award (MOTY). This is the 30th Annual MOTY Awards program showcasing one of Wisconsin’s top industries and recognizing the crucial contributions manufacturers make to our state.

The annual MOTY Awards program pays tribute to a dynamic manufacturing sector and the individual nominees who are devoted to demonstrating ethical business practices, innovative processes and productivity enhancements. These employers drive Wisconsin’s economy and they should be celebrated.

“Wisconsin is where we have developed a talented team, grown our business and invested in our community,” explained Dan Aicher, Chief Executive Officer of EmbedTek. “We’re changing the way embedded technology systems are made, and in doing so, are changing the way people work. And we are proud to accomplish this all in our manufacturing facility in Waukesha.”

EmbedTek’s team of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers are inventing new ways for security systems, medical devices, simulation programs, and industrial automation equipment to operate.

For example, EmbedTek helped an OEM offer its end users an in-vehicle image processor that can read license plates on cars traveling 100 mph, then process the number in a database in record time. Another OEM consolidated vendors, reduced costs, simplified lifecycle management, and was able to compete in new markets because of EmbedTek’s work to create an Audio/Visual device their industry had never seen before.

“Our customers are our true partners,” said Aicher. “And our mission is to create the platform that best serves their business.”

Winners will be announced at a black tie awards ceremony on Feb. 22, 2018, at The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee.
