You’ll Create Value Through:
- Developing sourcing strategies that support existing and new product innovations.
- Negotiating supplier agreements, driving cost-saving opportunities where every penny saved or sacrificed has a story.
- Building strong supplier and technology partner relationships without the drama.
- Monitoring market trends, supply risks, and component lifecycles, if reading tea leaves doesn’t work.
- Collaborating with pretty much everybody to support customer success.
The Strategic Edge you will bring:
- Experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain crisis management.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.), 30 years of B.S. experience not required.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed guess’s… Oops, we mean decisions.
- Experience working with locally global and globally local suppliers.
